What's new for the season 2012?
Gelati Giuseppe moved from Sopot to Gdynia. A bigger place and new way to realize the best gelato (ice cream) you never ate. I buy all fruits and vegetable I need, I transform them in fresh juice
and after less than 3 hours it is gelato. A short time is very important! And I have the absolute control on all my single ingredients.
My gelati (ice creams) are alive!
I am working with alive ingredients and they become gelato when they meet each other in the right proportion.
